RAOW RAOW was commissioned by Market in the Alley and LIB 2022 to create a lounge to compliment the success of Market in the Alley inside the festival footprint.

RAOW RAOW created a "Sanctuary" to compliment the emergent need of safe spaces at or during a festival.  Below is our description.

Description: "Embark on a journey into the future through the lens of the past at the Raow Raow Sanctuary, an immersive art installation crafted by our Ancestral Futurist Arts Collective. This transformative space serves as a sanctuary within the festival grounds, inviting attendees to a space of inclusivity and innovation. Encounter a blend of ancient wisdom and cutting-edge creativity, where ancestral narratives converge with futuristic aesthetics. The lounge offers a respite—a tapestry of cultural expressions, inviting all to unwind, connect, and weave their own stories into the rich fabric of our shared heritage and evolving tomorrow."
